  1. Day 01 Arrive at Lengpui Airport to Aizwal city (About 32 KM approx.)

    After arrival at Lengpui Airport transfer to the hotel. On arrival check-in. Evening free for Shopping in Bara Bazar / Free for Leisure. Overnight stay at Aizawl.

  2. Day 02 Day trip (Saitual) Tamdil Lake (About 110 KM one way)
    Day 2 Activity : Durtlang HillsReiek TlangMizoram State MuseumSolomon TempleFalkawn VillageTamdilChanmari

    After breakfast proceeds to Saitual and visits Tamdil. Boating on the Lake (At direct payment) / free for own activity. Afternoon comes back to Aizwal. Overnight at Aizawl.

  3. Day 03 Excursion to Reiek (About 29 KM one way)

    After breakfast proceeds to Reiek. Proceed for sort trek to Reiek Peak where can get 360 degrees view. Back to Aizawl. Overnight at Aizawl.

  4. Day 04 Aizawl full day city tour

    After breakfast proceeds to Aizawl sightseeing – State Museum, Zoological Garden, KV Paradise, Durtlong Hills, New Secretariat, Handicraft Centre, Solomon’s Temple, Salvation Army Temple. Overnight at Aizawl.

  5. Day 05 Departure from Lengpui Airport

    Proceed to Lengpui airport after breakfast. 

  • Inclusions
    • Hotel names are indicative, the actual hotels may be different in case the above hotel is not available on a particular date. Final hotel name will be communicated with the guests before confirmation of booking.
    • Meet & Greet upon arrival at Airport / Station.
    • Accommodation on Twin sharing basis. 
    • Extra Person / Child with Bed (CWB) sharing the room shall get the mattress. 
    • Hotel Accommodation for a duration as mentioned in the itinerary.  
    • Meal Plan - CP (Complimentary breakfast at Hotel only)
    • All Transfer & Sightseeing by 01 NON AC  Tata Sumo/siimilar  (Upto 8 Pax)
    • All applicable Transfers & Sightseeing by a vehicle that will not be at disposal and will be exclusively used for the group as per the itinerary only (on point to point basis). 
  • Exclusions

    • Additional usage of vehicle, other than scheduled & mentioned in the itinerary.

    • Personal expenses such as laundry, bottled water, soft drinks, incidentals, porter charges, tips, etc.

    • Cost of optional / suggested tours, Guide charge, Sightseeing entrance fee, Room Heater charge in the hotel.

    • Inner Line Permits [ILP]

    • Cost for any other service not mentioned under the “Inclusions” Head.

    • Cost for Airfare, Train fare.

    • 5% GST on the total billing. 

     

  • Cancellation Policy

    Within 3 weeks from the date of the journey - Cancellation Charge will be 50 % of the total package cost.
    Within 15 days from the date of the journey - Cancellation Charge will be 75 % of the total package cost.
    Within 10 Days & Less from the date of the journey - Full Cancellation or No Refund.

  • Child Policy

    Children below the age of 6 years are complimentary, they will not be provided additional beds in the hotel or additional seats in the car
    Children between 6 and 10 years will be charged either a Child without bed rate (If they share parents' bed) or a Child with bed rate (If they want a separate bed). They will also be provided with a separate seat in the car
    Children above 10 years of age will be considered as adults and the tariff applicable will be in accordance with this.

    A hotel might ask for the age proof of the accompanying children. Please carry the age proof of the children, otherwise the hotel may put an additional charge on the child.
    A room can be occupied by 2 Adults, One Child Without a bed and One Child or Adult with an extra bed. If the group composition requires a different arrangement in hotel room, you must consult our travel executives before booking.

  • Other Policy

    • All tariffs given are valid for Indian Nationals only.
    • All accommodation is on a twin sharing basis unless otherwise mentioned in the quotation
    • The hotel name mentioned are indicative and not confirmed. Before confirmation of the tour, we will confirm the availability of the hotel and suggest an alternative if the mentioned hotel is not available.
    • In case of bad weather, poor road condition, local or political disturbance, security reasons, or any other unforeseen circumstances, the operations team may decide to make changes in the itinerary. Every effort will be made to consult the guests in such eventuality, however, the decision of the operations team will be final and binding on the guests.
    • In case of young or older persons or persons with health issues or disabilities, consult your doctor about the itinerary. Also if any special arrangement is needed, such information should be given to our team in advance before confirmation of the tour.
    • Arunachal Pradesh is very remote place, so all hotels in this region are basic to very very basic.
    • Road conditions from Bhalukpong to Tawang are very bad
    • To visit Arunachal Pradesh & Nagaland, Indian national requires Inner Line   Permits. Permits are issued in Guwahati which takes 2-3 working days.
    • Documents required: 4 passport size photographs, 1 Photo identity,1   Address proof.
    • For Madhuri lake and Bumla pass need a additional vehicle.
    • Room heaters will be chagebale .
    • Any dispute arising is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Siliguri irrespective of any competence court present at the place of dispute.
