  1. Day 01 NJP Rail station /Bagdogra Airport /New Mal Junction to Lataguri / Chalsa.80 Kilometers in 2.5 hours –

    We will receive you on arrival and transfer to Lataguri / Chalsa.Enroute stop over at Gajoldoba then proceed to Gorumara National park. Check at Hotel. After freshen up you may opt to go for Evening forest Safari at Chapramari OR visit to Medhla watch tower (Safari Self arranged at own cost). Overnight at Lataguri / Chalsa.

  2. Day 02 Jeep Safari To Gorumara Watch Tower [ Timing 6 to 8 am] –

    – Early morning go for Jeep Safari [ 2 Hours ] to visit Gorumara  watch tower. Visit Rhino point and Jatra Prasad watch tower where you can spot one horned Rhino,Deer ,Elephants and many more wild Animals in their natural habitat .Gorumara National park is famous for the Rhino, Deer ,Bison and many more wild animals . Both the towers offer you a mesmerizing view of the dense forests and grassland of Gorumara National Park. Return to your hotel for breakfast.

    After breakfast starts for Samsing and Suntaleykhola excursion, 45 kms in 2 hrs (One way) – After breakfast drive to Suntalekhola, while you will passing through enjoy the Tea Gardens stretched across the rolling hill slopes. Suntalekhola is a small hamlet surrounded  by dense forest  .The Main attraction of  Suntalekhola is Suspension bridge over the River Suntalekhola. You may also walk down  2 Km from Samsing to Rocky island on the Bank of Murti River.Back to hotel overnight at Lataguri/Chalsa.

    Note- Elephants and Jeep safari cannot be booked in advance. The guest has to personally book the ride on the spot. We shall assist the guest with information about booking the ride. Elephant ride / Jeep safari cost not included in package

  3. Day 03 Gorumara to Bindu and Jhalong Excursion with Chapramari Sanctuary, –

    After breakfast we drive to Bindu (Alt 4350Ft / 1300M), the last village on the Indo–Bhutan border along the himalayan foothills. Also visit Jhalong on the bank of Jaldhaka river. You get view of Jaldhaka Hydral Project. On your way you will be passing through Chapramari Sanctuary. Back to hotel.  After freshen up you can explore Wild Life from Medhla watch tower  which is very popular in Gorumara national Park  . Overnight at Lataguri/Chalsa. 

    In the late evening Tribal dance and campfire can be arranged at the resort by own cost on Request.  payable directly]

  4. Day 04 Departure Transfer to NJP Railways station / Bagdogra Airport / New Mall Junction

    After Breakfast check out from Gorumara and transfer to NJP farewell and tour ends!!

    Note- The Forest safari is closed on june 15th to 15th Sep every year ,hence jeep safari and elephant safari not possible during period.

  • Inclusions
    • Hotel names are indicative, the actual hotels may be different in case the above hotel is not available on a particular date. Final hotel name will be communicated with the guests before confirmation of booking.
    • Meet & Greet upon arrival at Airport / Station.
    • Accommodation on Twin sharing basis. 
    • Extra Person / Child with Bed (CWB) sharing the room shall get the mattress. 
    • Hotel Accommodation for a duration as mentioned in the itinerary.  
    • Meal Plan - CP (Complimentary breakfast at Hotel only)
    • All Transfer & Sightseeing by 01 NON AC Indica (upto 3 Pax) / WagnR (Upto 3 Pax) / Tata Sumo (Upto 8 Pax) / Similar
    • All applicable Transfers & Sightseeing by a vehicle that will not be at disposal and will be exclusively used for the group as per the itinerary only (on point to point basis). 
  • Exclusions

     

    • Free km is 110KM/Day if it exceeds you have to pay Rs.10/- per km to the driver directly.
    •  Cost of optional / suggested tours, Guide charge, Sightseeing entrance fee,
    • Elephant and Jeep Safari cost.
    •  Cost for any other service not mentioned under the “Inclusions” Head.

    •  Cost for Airfare, Train fare, Toy Train Ride.

    • 5% GST

    •  Personal expenses such as laundry, bottled water, soft drinks, incidentals, porter charges, tips, etc.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Within 3 weeks from the date of the journey - Cancellation Charge will be 50 % of the total package cost.
    Within 15 days from the date of the journey - Cancellation Charge will be 75 % of the total package cost.
    Within 10 Days & Less from the date of the journey - Full Cancellation or No Refund.

  • Child Policy

    Children below the age of 6 years are complimentary, they will not be provided additional beds in the hotel or additional seats in the car
    Children between 6 and 10 years will be charged either a Child without bed rate (If they share parents' bed) or a Child with bed rate (If they want a separate bed). They will also be provided with a separate seat in the car
    Children above 10 years of age will be considered as adults and the tariff applicable will be in accordance with this.

    A hotel might ask for the age proof of the accompanying children. Please carry the age proof of the children, otherwise the hotel may put an additional charge on the child.
    A room can be occupied by 2 Adults, One Child Without a bed and One Child or Adult with an extra bed. If the group composition requires a different arrangement in hotel room, you must consult our travel executives before booking.

  • Other Policy
    • All quotes are valid for a maximum period of 15 days. If confirmation and payment do not take place within 15 days, the quote will be invalid.
    • Tariff quotes given on our website may change without advance notice.
    • All tariffs given are valid for Indian Nationals only.
    • All accommodation is on a twin sharing basis unless otherwise mentioned in the quotation.
    • The hotel name mentioned are indicative and not confirmed. Before confirmation of the tour, we will confirm the availability of the hotel and suggest an alternative if the mentioned hotel is not available.
    • Extra Person / Child with Bed (CWB) shall be provided with a mattress & not bed
    • Any dispute arising is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Siliguri irrespective of any competence court present at the place of dispute
