  1. Day 01 PARO TO THIMPU - 65 KMS IN 2HRS
    Day 1 Activity : Memorial Chorten

    Upon your arrival at Paro Airport, we will greet you and drive you to Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan (Alt 8979 FT/2736 M). After checking in to your hotel, we'll proceed for a visit to the Memorial Chorten, also known as Thimphu Chorten. Overnight stay in Thimphu.

    Note: Sightseeing on this day may not be possible if the flight arrival time is beyond 2 pm.

  2. Day 02 THIMPU SIGHTSEEING

    After breakfast, embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of Thimphu. Explore the following attractions:

    1. Kuensel Phodrang: Visit the Kuensel Phodrang, home to one of the tallest Buddha statues in the world.

    2. Takin Reserve & Mini Zoo: Explore the Takin Reserve and Mini Zoo, where animals are kept in a natural habitat as per the king's decree.

    3. Anim Dratshang: Visit Anim Dratshang, a modest structure housing around 60 nuns, built in 1976 by the 16th incarnation of Thangtong Gyelpo.

    4. Folk Heritage Museum: Discover the Folk Heritage Museum, located on the outskirts of Thimphu, offering insights into traditional Bhutanese family life.

    5. Handicrafts Market: Explore the Handicrafts Market, offering a variety of local items and handicraft goods at bargain prices.

  3. Day 03 THIMPHU TO PUNAKHA - 120 KMS IN 4 HRS
    Day 3 Activity : Chimi LhakhangSuspension BridgePunakha Dzong

    Check out from your hotel in Thimphu and proceed to Punakha (Alt 4100FT/1300M). En route, visit Dochu La Pass. Upon arrival in Punakha, check in to your hotel and then proceed for a city tour, covering the following places:

    1. Chimi Lhakhang: Built in 1499, Chimi Lhakhang is dedicated to the "Divine Madman" and is a revered religious site.

    2. Suspension Bridge: Behind Punakha Dzong stretches the Punakha Suspension Bridge, the longest of its kind in Bhutan. It connects the dzong with the villages on the other bank of the Po Chhu river.

    3. Punakha Dzong: The first douchey or courtyard houses Punakha dzongkhag's government offices. This historic fortress monastery is an architectural marvel and a prominent landmark.

    After the city tour, return to your hotel for the night stay in Punakha.

  4. Day 04 PUNAKHA TO PARO - 130 KMS IN 4 HRS
    Day 4 Activity : Ta DzongKyichu LakhangRinpung Dzong

    Check out from your hotel in Punakha and proceed to Paro (Alt 7300FT/2230M). Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and then proceed for sightseeing, covering the following attractions:

    1. Kyichu Lakhang: Visit Kyichu Lakhang, a sacred temple believed to have been magically constructed by the Tibetan king Songtsen Gampo in the 7th century.

    2. Rinpung Dzong: Explore Rinpung Dzong, a majestic fortress-monastery that serves as a Buddhist monastery and fortress of the Drukpa Lineage of the Kagyu school in Paro District.

    3. Ta Dzong: Visit Ta Dzong, which houses the National Museum of Bhutan and offers insights into Bhutan's cultural heritage and history.

    After sightseeing, return to your hotel for the night stay in Paro.

  5. Day 05 PARO TO TIGER NEST
    Day 5 Activity : Tiger Nest/ Taktsang Monastery

    Embark on a drive to Tiger's Nest, one of Paro's most renowned sightseeing spots. This iconic building appears to float, weightless, halfway up a sheer cliff face, towering 900 meters (3,000 feet) above the floor of the Paro Valley. After the journey, return to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay in Paro.

  6. Day 06 DEPARTURE FROM PARO

    Check out from your hotel in Paro and proceed to Paro Airport for your departure. Bid farewell to Bhutan, and the tour concludes here. Safe travels!
