  1. Day 01 PARO TO THIMPU - 65 KMS IN 2HRS
    Day 1 Activity : Memorial Chorten

    Upon your arrival at Paro Airport, our team will warmly greet you and escort you to Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan, situated at an altitude of 8979 feet (2736 meters). Upon reaching Thimphu, you'll check in to your hotel and freshen up.

    If your flight arrives before 2 pm, we'll proceed with a short sightseeing tour, which includes a visit to the Memorial Chorten, also known as Thimphu Chorten. This sacred site holds great significance for the Bhutanese people and serves as a place of prayer and meditation. After exploring the Memorial Chorten, you'll return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Thimphu.

    Please note that sightseeing on this day may not be possible if the flight arrival time exceeds 2 pm.

  2. Day 02 THIMPU SIGHTSEEING

    1. Kuensel Phodrang: We begin our tour with a visit to Kuensel Phodrang, home to one of the tallest Buddha statues in the world. Set amidst the serene landscape, this magnificent statue exudes a sense of peace and tranquillity.

    2. Takin Reserve & Mini Zoo: Our next stop is the Takin Reserve & Mini Zoo, where we can witness Bhutan's national animal, the Takin, roaming freely in its natural habitat. This unique zoo reflects Bhutan's commitment to environmental conservation.

    3. Anim Dratshang: We'll visit Anim Dratshang, a modest monastery that serves as the residence for around 60 nuns. Built-in 1976 by the 16th incarnation of Thangtong Gyelpo, this serene structure is steeped in spiritual significance.

    4. Folk Heritage Museum: Located on the outskirts of Thimphu, the Folk Heritage Museum offers a glimpse into traditional Bhutanese family life. Through its exhibits and displays, the museum brings to life the rich cultural heritage of Bhutan.

    After a day filled with exploration and discovery, we return to our hotel in Thimphu for a restful overnight stay, reminiscing about the wonders of Bhutan's capital city.

  3. Day 03 PARO TO THIMPU - 65 KMS IN 2HRS
    Day 3 Activity : Ta DzongKyichu LakhangRinpung Dzong

    After checking out from our hotel in Thimphu, we embark on a scenic journey to Paro, situated at an altitude of 7300 feet (2230 meters). Upon our arrival in Paro, we checked into our hotel and freshen up.

    Depending on the time available, we'll proceed with some afternoon sightseeing to explore the cultural treasures of Paro. Our itinerary includes:

    1. Kyichu Lakhang: We'll visit Kyichu Lakhang, one of the oldest and most sacred temples in Bhutan. According to legend, the temple was miraculously built overnight by the Tibetan king Songtsen Gampo to pin down a giant ogress, allowing Buddhism to flourish in the region.

    2. Rinpung Dzong: Our next stop is Rinpung Dzong, a majestic fortress monastery that serves as a symbol of Bhutanese architecture and heritage. This historic dzong, perched on a hillside overlooking the Paro Valley, houses both administrative offices and sacred shrines.

    3. Ta Dzong: Conclude our sightseeing with a visit to Ta Dzong, which now houses the National Museum of Bhutan. This iconic landmark offers insights into Bhutanese culture, history, and art through its impressive collection of artefacts, paintings, and exhibits.

    Early in the morning, we embark on an unforgettable journey to Tiger's Nest, one of Bhutan's most iconic and revered landmarks. Perched precariously on a sheer cliff face, 900 meters (3000 feet) above the floor of the Paro Valley, Tiger's Nest, or Taktsang Monastery, is a breathtaking sight to behold.

    As we hike through the lush forested trails, we'll marvel at the awe-inspiring scenery and soak in the spiritual ambience of this sacred site. The trek to Tiger's Nest offers not only physical exertion but also moments of quiet reflection and contemplation.

    Upon reaching Tiger's Nest, we'll be rewarded with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys, as well as the opportunity to explore the ancient monastery complex. Discover the intricate murals, sacred relics, and serene meditation halls that make Tiger's Nest a place of pilgrimage for Buddhists from around the world.

  5. Day 05 DEPARTURE FROM PARO
