  1. Day 01 Day 1 - Guwahati - Shillong (About 99 Km / 3 hrs drive approx.)
    Day 1 Activity : Umium Lake

    Meet and greet at Guwahati Airport / Station and then move to Shillong is known as “The Scotland of East”. En-route visit beautiful Umium Lake is a man-made reservoir and it is located 15 km north of Shillong. Check-in Hotel. Evening free at leisure/own activity. Overnight in Shillong.

  2. Day 02 Day 2 - Shillong – Cherrapunjee (About 55 KMs / 2 hrs one way) – Shillong
    Day 2 Activity : Mawsmai CaveNohkalikai Falls

    After early breakfast full-day excursion to Cherrapunjee and visit Mawsmai Cave is One of the best limestone caves in the region. It is giving an opportunity to feel the thrills of cave walking. Nohkalikai Falls is the tallest plunge waterfall in India. It is located in Cherrapunjee which is the wettest place on Earth. Thangakaran Park, Seven Sister Fall is a kind of waterfall that symbolizes the seven states in the northeast namely Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Tripura, and Mizoram. Elephanta Falls is two-tiered falls. Surrounded by the tree and rock and Shillong Peak is the highest point of Shillong and it offers a beautiful view of the entire city. Back to Shillong. Overnight in Shillong.

  3. Day 03 Day 3 – Shillong - Mawlynong - Dawki Border (Indo Bangladesh Border) – Shillong (About 82 KMs / 2.5 hrs one way)

    After breakfast visit Living Root Bridge is found only in Meghalaya. This bridge is so strong and it can carry more than 50 people. There is two type of living root bridge – Single living root bridge & double-decker living route bridge. and Mawlynong (the cleanest village in Asia). After that move to Dawki – Umangot or Dawki River (transparent water), The Suspension Bridge, and Indo - Bangladesh border. Transfer to Shillong. Later return back to Shillong. Evening free to visit the Local market / own activity. Overnight in Shillong.

  4. Day 04 Day 4 – Shillong – Guwahati Airport Departure (About 99 Km / 3 hrs drive approx.)

    After breakfast transfer to Guwahati Airport / Railway Station.

  • Inclusions
    • Hotel names are indicative, the actual hotels may be different in case the above hotel is not available on a particular date. The final hotel name will be communicated with the guests before confirmation of booking.
    • Meet & Greet upon arrival at Airport / Station.
    • Accommodation on Twin sharing basis. 
    • Extra Person / Child with Bed (CWB) sharing the room shall get the mattress. 
    • Hotel Accommodation for a duration as mentioned in the itinerary.  
    • Meal Plan - CP (Complimentary breakfast at Hotel only).
    • All Transfer & Sightseeing by 01 NON AC Dzire (upto 3 Pax) / Xcent (Upto 3 Pax) / Tata Sumo (Upto 8 Pax) / Similar.
    • All applicable Transfers & Sightseeing by a vehicle that will not be at disposal and will be exclusively used for the group as per the itinerary only (on point to point basis). 
    • Vehicle toll and parking included.
  • Exclusions

    • Additional usage of vehicle, other than scheduled & mentioned in the itinerary.

    • Personal expenses such as laundry, bottled water, soft drinks, incidentals, porter charges, tips, etc.

    • Elephant and Jeep Safari in Kaziranga.

    • Cost of optional / suggested tours, Guide charge, Sightseeing entrance fee, Room Heater charge in the hotel.

    • Cost for any other service not mentioned under the “Inclusions” Head.

    • Cost for Airfare, Train fare.

    • 5% GST on the total billing. 

  • Cancellation Policy

    Within 3 weeks from the date of the journey - Cancellation Charge will be 50 % of the total package cost.
    Within 15 days from the date of the journey - Cancellation Charge will be 75 % of the total package cost.
    Within 10 Days & Less from the date of the journey - Full Cancellation or No Refund.

  • Child Policy

    Children below the age of 6 years are complimentary, they will not be provided additional beds in the hotel or additional seats in the car
    Children between 6 and 10 years will be charged either a Child without bed rate (If they share parents' bed) or a Child with bed rate (If they want a separate bed). They will also be provided with a separate seat in the car
    Children above 10 years of age will be considered as adults and the tariff applicable will be in accordance with this.

    A hotel might ask for the age proof of the accompanying children. Please carry the age proof of the children, otherwise the hotel may put an additional charge on the child.
    A room can be occupied by 2 Adults, One Child Without a bed and One Child or Adult with an extra bed. If the group composition requires a different arrangement in hotel room, you must consult our travel executives before booking.

  • Other Policy
    • All quotes are valid for a maximum period of 15 days. If confirmation and payment do not take place within 15 days, the quote will be invalid.
    • Tariff quotes given on our website may change without advance notice.
    • All tariffs given are valid for Indian Nationals only.
    • All accommodation is on a twin sharing basis unless otherwise mentioned in the quotation
    • The hotel name mentioned are indicative and not confirmed. Before confirmation of the tour, we will confirm the availability of the hotel and suggest an alternative if the mentioned hotel is not available.
    • Extra Person / Child with Bed (CWB) shall be provided with a mattress & not bed.
    • In case of bad weather, poor road condition, local or political disturbance, security reasons, or any other unforeseen circumstances, the operations team may decide to make changes in the itinerary. Every effort will be made to consult the guests in such eventuality, however, the decision of the operations team will be final and binding on the guests.
    • In case of young or older persons or persons with health issues or disabilities, consult your doctor about the itinerary. Also if any special arrangement is needed, such information should be given to our team in advance before confirmation of the tour.
    • Documents required: 1 Photo identity,1   Address proof.
    • Room heaters will be chargeable.
    • Any dispute arising is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Siliguri irrespective of any competence court present at the place of dispute.
