  1. Day 01 Day 1 – Guwahati Airport / Railway Station – Guwahati
    Day 1 Activity : Evening River Cruise

    We will receive you at the Guwahati Airport (Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport) or at the Guwahati railway station. Guwahati is well connected to the rest of the country by both Rail and Airways. After arrival, we will take you to the hotel of your choice. Today the rest of the day will be free for you to enjoy the Guwahati on your own. In the evening we will take you to the river Brahmaputra for a river cruise at sunset. Overnight at Hotel.

  2. Day 02 Day 2 – Guwahati Local

    Post breakfast at 8:30 AM visit Kamakhya Temple, one of the holiest Hindu temples in the country. The visit to the city is incomplete without a visit to this ancient temple. It is considered the oldest Shakti Peethas among the 51 Shakti Peethas. When Sati's body was dissected into 108 pieces by Lord Shiva, her Yoni (Vagina) fell here. Next, we will be visiting the Navagraha Temple which is devoted to Navagraha or the nine celestials. They are named Surya (Sun), Chandra (Moon), Budha (Mercury), Brihaspati (Jupiter), Shukra (Venus), Shani (Saturn), Rahu (North Lunar Node), Ketu ( South Lunar Node). The Umananda temple is located on Peacock Island which lies on the Bramhaputra River. ‘Umananda’ word comes from two Hindi words ‘Uma’ which was another name for Lord Shiva’s wife and ‘Ananda’ which means happiness. Umananda temple is located on an island over the river Brahmaputra. If you wish to visit the island, you may do so by hiring local boats on the river bank on a direct payment basis (the cost is not included in our plan). Balaji Temple is a beautiful Hindu Temple that is situated in the Ahon Gaon area of Guwahati in Assam. It is considered a replica of the original Tirupati Balaji Temple. The Guwahati State Zoo is the largest zoo in North East India. It is home to close to a thousand different animals, birds, and reptiles. The state museum is showcasing the best collection of rare artefacts and relics dating back to ancient times. Kalashetra is named after the poet, playwright, and reformer of medieval times- Srimanta Sankardeva. Srimanta Sarkardeva Kalashetra is the cultural institution in Panjabari, Guwahati. Overnight stay at Guwahati.

  3. Day 03 Day 3 – Guwahati Airport Departure (About 20 Kms / 35 Min)

    Your tour ends today. We will take you to the Airport / Rail station depending upon the timing of your return / onward journey ticket. The hotel has to be vacated by mid-day. Tour ends as we drop you at the airport/railway station.

  • Inclusions
    • Hotel names are indicative, the actual hotels may be different in case the above hotel is not available on a particular date. The final hotel name will be communicated with the guests before confirmation of booking.
    • Meet & Greet upon arrival at Airport / Station.
    • Accommodation on Twin sharing basis. 
    • Extra Person / Child with Bed (CWB) sharing the room shall get the mattress. 
    • Hotel Accommodation for a duration as mentioned in the itinerary.  
    • Meal Plan - CP (Complimentary breakfast at Hotel only).
    • All Transfer & Sightseeing by 01 NON AC Dzire (upto 3 Pax) / Xcent (Upto 3 Pax) / Tata Sumo (Upto 8 Pax) / Similar.
    • All applicable Transfers & Sightseeing by a vehicle that will not be at disposal and will be exclusively used for the group as per the itinerary only (on point to point basis). 
    • Vehicle toll and parking included.
  • Exclusions

    • Additional usage of vehicle, other than scheduled & mentioned in the itinerary.

    • Personal expenses such as laundry, bottled water, soft drinks, incidentals, porter charges, tips, etc.

    • Elephant and Jeep Safari in Kaziranga.

    • Cost of optional / suggested tours, Guide charge, Sightseeing entrance fee, Room Heater charge in the hotel.

    • Cost for any other service not mentioned under the “Inclusions” Head.

    • Cost for Airfare, Train fare.

    • 5% GST on the total billing. 

  • Cancellation Policy

    Within 3 weeks from the date of the journey - Cancellation Charge will be 50 % of the total package cost.
    Within 15 days from the date of the journey - Cancellation Charge will be 75 % of the total package cost.
    Within 10 Days & Less from the date of the journey - Full Cancellation or No Refund.

  • Child Policy

    Children below the age of 6 years are complimentary, they will not be provided additional beds in the hotel or additional seats in the car
    Children between 6 and 10 years will be charged either a Child without bed rate (If they share parents' bed) or a Child with bed rate (If they want a separate bed). They will also be provided with a separate seat in the car
    Children above 10 years of age will be considered as adults and the tariff applicable will be in accordance with this.

    A hotel might ask for the age proof of the accompanying children. Please carry the age proof of the children, otherwise the hotel may put an additional charge on the child.
    A room can be occupied by 2 Adults, One Child Without a bed and One Child or Adult with an extra bed. If the group composition requires a different arrangement in hotel room, you must consult our travel executives before booking.

  • Other Policy
    • All quotes are valid for a maximum period of 15 days. If confirmation and payment do not take place within 15 days, the quote will be invalid.
    • Tariff quotes given on our website may change without advance notice.
    • All tariffs given are valid for Indian Nationals only.
    • All accommodation is on a twin sharing basis unless otherwise mentioned in the quotation
    • The hotel name mentioned are indicative and not confirmed. Before confirmation of the tour, we will confirm the availability of the hotel and suggest an alternative if the mentioned hotel is not available.
    • Extra Person / Child with Bed (CWB) shall be provided with a mattress & not bed.
    • In case of bad weather, poor road condition, local or political disturbance, security reasons, or any other unforeseen circumstances, the operations team may decide to make changes in the itinerary. Every effort will be made to consult the guests in such eventuality, however, the decision of the operations team will be final and binding on the guests.
    • In case of young or older persons or persons with health issues or disabilities, consult your doctor about the itinerary. Also if any special arrangement is needed, such information should be given to our team in advance before confirmation of the tour.
    • Documents required: 1 Photo identity,1   Address proof.
    • Room heaters will be chargeable.
    • Any dispute arising is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Siliguri irrespective of any competence court present at the place of dispute.
